I have worked with Patty on buying my first home and subsequently selling my first home. Patty was extremely patient as I searched for my next home in an intense market. Clay County Property Sale
I was referred to Patty for the sale of a wooded lot I owned in Clay County, FL. At first contact, Patty was very responsive and promptly provided guidance and recommendations on the listing of this property. Even though we both thought it might be more of a difficult sale due to the the location, we decided to give it a shot given the current market. She listed the property, including ensuring a sign was placed out in the dark as soon as the agreements were received from myself and the co-owner in a very rural area nontheless. Then, to our surprise, we had 2 offers the very next day! Patty immediately called me to discuss the options and we moved forward. She worked with the buyer's agent and was able to secure a full asking price cash offer. Patty worked to ensure a smooth, seamless process even with unique circumstances with this sale.

We came into town without knowing Jacksonville. We are relocating from Ohio and had no knowledge of where we wanted to live. Patty set up homes to see in various towns to help us chose a community.
